Boss run crashes happen less often now

The headline fix is stability. Crashes that used to interrupt boss runs — particularly during area transitions and prolonged sessions — happen less often now. For a game where dying to a three-phase boss already tests your patience, losing progress to a desktop crash was the extra sting nobody asked for. This patch dials that back.

The rest of the 1.13.1.0 changelog focuses on the Switch 2 port: a new Handheld Mode graphics option, a renamed Balanced preset, a Performance mode targeting 60 fps, and a Motion Blur toggle in TV Mode. None of that touches the Mac build.
