Description

A stealth-action port set in a mechanically augmented future, where agent Adam Jensen picks his way through a world split over human enhancement.

Lived-in Prague streets and tense corporate arcologies

  • Environments that feel lived-in and tense, from sunless Prague streets to over-polished corporate arcologies.
  • Missions that rarely force one approach. You can talk, hack, crawl through a vent, or walk in shooting.
  • Jensen’s augs—remote hacking, enemy scanning, rebreather implants—give the stealth route real teeth.
  • Feral’s Mac port puts it on Intel machines with a dedicated GPU, no emulation layer in the way.

Intel Macs only with a 2GB Radeon M290 or better

  • Runs on Intel Macs with a 2GB Radeon M290 or better. Apple Silicon Macs are not officially supported.
  • The supported list is specific: 15-inch MacBook Pro late 2016 onward, 21.5-inch 4K iMac 2017 onward, 27-inch 5K iMac late 2014 onward, Mac Pro late 2013 onward.
  • Performance depends almost entirely on your GPU. An underpowered card will mean turning settings down.
  • Stealth is more satisfying than the gunplay, but the mouse and keyboard controls feel precise for both.

V toggles the laser sight for tighter hip-fire aim

Press V to toggle the laser sight on any weapon. It tightens hip-fire aim without the clunk of iron sights. Useful when you want speed but not spray.

The smart vision augment does more than highlight enemies. It marks lootable containers, hackable panels, and climbable ledges. If you tap it for a second instead of holding it, the pulse uses less energy and still paints the room. Jensen’s rebreather also blocks gas grenades—easy to forget, since the tutorial never mentions it.

Holding Q brings up a quick-select wheel for weapons and tools. Faster than scrolling through the inventory, especially mid-fight. The Tesla arm cannon can tag up to four targets when fully upgraded. Aim at a group, hold the fire key, release. All four drop at once. Quietly.

Fifteen-second SSD loads and even frame pacing in Prague

The port loads from an SSD in about fifteen seconds on a supported Intel iMac. Once in-game, frame pacing stays even in dense Prague hub areas, provided you don’t push textures past High on a 2GB card. The fan will ramp up. That’s expected. It’s a heavy title.

Memory use sits around 6–7GB on our test system, leaving a little headroom above the 8GB minimum. No crashes during a six-hour run. Alt-tabbing works without flicker if you switch to windowed mode first. Feral’s launcher remembers your resolution and graphics preset between sessions, so you set it once.

Loading a save from the main menu takes under ten seconds. Quick-save and quick-load are near-instant. If you’re hunting alternate paths—or just trying to ghost a room perfectly—that speed matters more than it sounds.
